Our full-height enclosure Activity Modules provide a neutral play cage and a mezzanine area that provides more floor space. They allow for more natural vertical movements, as well as horizontal movements.
Each Activity Module has four transfer doors (two per side) that lineup with transfer doors located on the Apartment Modules for easy configuration.
Optional Introduction Doors are designed to provide minimal contact between cage neighbors when introducing a new primate to an existing group or testing compatibility for social housing. They also control varying degrees of social interaction among the animals and if there is a compatibility problem, the transfer doors can be closed to separate the unsuited animals. The doors are available in different size openings to allow varying degrees of contact.
A large tempered glass observation door and laminated photomural on the back cage wall are standard features. The observation door can be replaced with stainless steel mesh upon request.
All modules are sold with excreta pans and feeders.
